Will & Leah are two of my closest friends. They are huge positive influences in my life and it was a gift being able to capture their special day. The video features a beautiful summer day in 2016. The friends and family came from near and far, the presence and peace of God was throughout the ceremony. The winds blew as Will and Leah shared their vows. We got to hear a bit of the backstory to what makes these too people so radiant. Midway through the day around sunset we saw a rainbow peak over the mountains. It was beautiful!! So, please watch and enjoy this touching and personal love story.

Katie & Jonathan | Tuckahoe Plantation

Katie & Jonathan | Tuckahoe Plantation

Katie & Jonathan met many years ago. What started as a friendship soon grew into so much more. What could be better than having your closest guys and girls surround you on your wedding day. These two are a gift to one another. It’s sweet to see their joy and kindness on display.

This was also one of the first weddings where I was able to use the drone. I was very excited to see what dynamic shots I could capture. Behind all the gear and beautiful colors there is a story. Their story is what is really important. Watch and see.

Laura & Brandon | Richmond, VA

Laura & Brandon | Richmond, VA

Congratulations Laura & Brandon, your wedding was beautiful. These two people compliment each other and are a gift to everyone they meet. Their wedding took place in Richmond Virginia at the Virginia Cliffe Inn. Friends from all over came to be a part of their special day. One of my favorite moments was when it started to rain close to the end of the night. The energy and excitement escalated as we lit the sparklers. Friends chanted and cheered as the newly wed couple came running down the isle.

Bekah & Jon | Forksville, PA

Bekah & Jon | Forksville, PA

It’s not every day that we get to witness camp work crew crushes fall in love and get married five years later; that type of love is special. Friends and family came in from all over the east coast to be a part of Bekah & Jon’s special day. Bekah and Jon love each other a lot, but even more than their love for each other they love Jesus. Their wedding ceremony was centered on loving selfless and sacrificially. They aim to put each other’s needs above their own. It was very special to help these two people remember and celebrate the commitments they made to each other. At Virginia Wedding Highlights we tell love stories and consider it a bonus when we get to tell the greatest love story of all time.

Heather & Andrew | Waynesboro, VA

Heather & Andrew | Waynesboro, VA

Andrew and Heather’s wedding was a day filled with celebration, laughter, and love. It took place in Heather’s childhood home with a backdrop of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It was a sun filled day of perfect weather and increadible lighting all day long. Heather and her bridesmaids were laughing and smiling the entire day. The groomsmen were having a great time too. It was an honor to capture their beautiful story. From meeting at JMU to now living together in Richmond, VA, this wedding was one for the books. Fun fact: The scene of Andrew and Heather walking in the field was not planned. I noticed the couple walking back from the photoshoot and dashed over to capture the moment.
